Things That Are Better Seperate

Let's do a breakdown of things that are good by themselves, but better off being seperate.

For example.
I like peanut butter and I like pickles but...
I'm really not to into having a peanut butter and pickle sammi [img]graemlins/gulp.gif[/img]

I like Ice cream, and I like [img]graemlins/beer.gif[/img]
But a Beer float sounds kinda nasty

Root beer float [img]graemlins/thumbs_up.gif[/img]
regular Beer float, not so much

I like pancakes, I like 'sketti sauce
Not exactly the breakfeast of champions there
Think I'll stick with the syrup!


I know this is pointless, but I'm sure we could all come up with some combinations of things that are better off being kept seperate because togther they just dont work.

And of course, work and life are two seperate things.

Work to live.
Dont live to work.

Work facilitates life.
You work to earn money to pay for your responsabilities and so that hopefully you can have soem left for your days off and freetime.
Enjoy your time off, even if just relaxing and watching a game or somehing.
I've never really understood these people who beleive that working with someo0ne autom aticly makes them friends with you. Nothing could be further from the truth. Friendships are based on trust and actaully liking each other. Working together makes you coworkers. Sure you can make friends at work, but it cant be forced upon you and if you cant trust the people (for whatevr reason, maybe they are just wierd or creepy or the stalker type) then you will most ikely remain just coworkers.

I dont hang out with anyone I work with, and to me, it's no big deal. Some people do, some people dont. I choose to keep my work life and my social life seperate partly because I dont want work to be my social life (done that before, and it sucks)
